Patrol Director - Tom Hobbs
Chairperson/voting member of the board; schedule/lead patrol board and leadership team meetings.
Maintain positive relationships with NSP and NPS.
Responsible of patrol administration & sign documents on behalf of patrol.
Lead fundraising and coordinating those efforts with NPS.
Submit quarterly and annual reports and as required by division policy.
Assign and coordinate additional responsibilities to patrol members.

Patrol Deputy Director - Lindsey Yap
Voting member of the board.
Alternate patrol representative to NSP and NPS.
In patrol director’s absence, perform the duties of the patrol director.
Acting Secretary of the Patrol.
Lead patroller recruitment & retention efforts.

Treasurer - Tom Jacobi
Voting member of the board.
Maintains financial data NSP registration unit.
Lead development of annual budget.
Collects and forwards NSP member registration fees in a timely manner in accordance with national and division policy.
Ensures that all donations and grants are correctly dispersed.
Registrar & Acting Sectretary - Suzanna Pratt
Responsibilities: Maintain administrative and all other records for the National Ski Patrol registration unit. Maintain internal roster. Organize patrol elections. Answer questions related to registration and National Ski Patrol membership.

Training Director - Anne Marie Ketola
Coordinate the annual OEC and Nordic training refreshers. Work with other coordinators and the director to determine training needs throughout the season.
Non-voting member of the board .
POC for all training items.
Identity training needs for the patrols; e.g. courses to Region/Division.
Publish/communicate upcoming training opportunities.
Coordinates course administration and communications for all Outdoor Emergency Care education and continuing education records with the responsible instructors of record.
SAR Director - Don Shingler
Point of contact between Nordic Patrol and the Park Service. Notify the Patrol of SAR requests from the Park outside of normal patrol hours. Track SAR responses from patrol and write reports for each event.
Work with the training coordinator on any SAR specific training needs
Work with membership coordinator to ensure documentations and certifications are up to date for SAR specific qualifications
Weekend Coordinator - Chris Convis
Maintains the iVolunteer website. Keeps track of sign ups and recruits for open slots as needed. They act as the liaison between the patrol and park staff on housing issues and ensure the house stays stock with necessities.

Social Media/Website Coordinator - Martell Hesketh
Maintain the Nordic patrol website and update documents to the internal site for patrol members
Post objective information regarding Nordic patrol operations and MRNP on our public facing social media platforms.

Lead Chair - Terry Flowers
Manages the Lead Patroller Program.
Leads organize and plan the weekend tasks that need to be address and areas that should be traveled with input from the Park.
Record and update the leads, patrol board, and Park staff regarding events that take place each patrol weekend.
Membership Coordinator - Currently Unfilled/Open Position
Manages the Membership Committee.
Membership Committee is in charge of recruiting new members and conducting the selection process of new members.
Update/maintain patrol training certifications and ensuring they are up to date.
Promoting camaraderie between patrol members (Awards).

Wellness Committee
The primary role of the Wellness Committee is to keep the board informed of any CDC or Washington State DOH guidelines that affect the function of the patrol, and assist the board in implementing those guidelines.
Secondary roles are:
To assist the Board in determining if a patroller is safe to return to patrolling after injury or illness
To promote the general health and wellbeing of the patrol.
The committee is not responsible for, or expected to, give medical advice or practice medicine.
